Vendor  Info & Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the HarvFEST On The Harbour Market  at the Love Local Vendor Village on the Pictou Waterfront, Saturday October 25th, 2pm to 6pm.   HarvFEST on the Harbour is a family-friendly fall celebration that transforms Pictou’s waterfront and downtown with live music, seasonal flavours, kids’ activities, a creators market, and the signature Pumpkin Harbour Light-Up at dusk. We have a few simple requirements for our vendors.  If you meet these requirements, we invite you to fill out the application on this page.   Any questions may be directed to pictou2023@gmail.com.

1. The fee to participate is $25 plus HST which includes one table.  If you supply your own table(s) the fee is $20 plus HST. 
    

2. This is an outdoor event, but all vendors will be either inside our vendor kiosks or under a tent.   If you would like to bring your own tent tent, it must be held in place with weights (ie: sand bags).  Spikes will not penetrate the ground on the event site. 
    

3. Wares sold must be made, baked, or grown by the vendor.  No re-selling of products.  No second hand-items unless you are selling repurposed or up-cycled items.  Anyone wishing to sell food items must have a valid Food Handlers Permit.
    

4. All displays must be clean and attractive.  
    

5. The market will run from 2pm to 6pm.  Vendors must be set up 30 minutes in advance of opening and must remain open until the end of the market. 
    

6. Cancellation must be received 48 hours in advance for a refund.
