Think you've got the perfect toss? Grab a partner and join the Rock The Boat Cornhole Challenge for an evening of friendly competition on the Pictou Waterfront. Whether you're playing to win or just looking for some family fun, this casual tournament is open to all skill levels.

Walk-up registrations will be accepted if space is available.

Teams of 2 players.

Two divisions:

Kids Division (12 & under)

Adult Division (13+)

Format
The Rock The Boat Cornhole Challenge is designed to be fun, fast-paced, and easy for everyone to enjoy.

Teams will be matched against another registered team as they become available.

Every team is guaranteed one game.
-
Games are played to 15 points or a 10-minute time limit, whichever comes first.
-
If the time limit is reached, the team with the highest score wins.

Event volunteers will record all scores.

Winning teams will be ranked by point differential (points scored minus points allowed).

If teams are tied in point differential, a one-round "Closest to the Hole" playoff (one bag per player) will determine the winner.

The top-ranked team in each division will be crowned the Rock The Boat Cornhole Challenge Champion.
Basic Rules

Players alternate throws.
-
Each player throws four bags per round.
-
3 points for a bag through the hole.
-
1 point for a bag resting on the board.
Event Schedule
6:00-6:30 PM: Team check-in
6:30 PM: Kids and Adult Challenge begins
8:00 PM: Championship playoff
8:30 PM: Prize presentation
Prizes
Kids Division:
First Place - $50 gift local card & prize pack
Runner-Up - $25 gift card & prize pack
Adult Division:
First Place: Choice of a $100 local gift card or locally handcrafted cornhole set
Runner-Up: $50 local gift card
