Thank you for your interest in participating in our first ROCK THE BOAT event at Vendor Village on the Pictou Waterfront on Friday August 21st from 6pm to 9pm.

Fees:

The vendor fee is $28.75 (HST included) and includes one table.

If you’re bringing your own table(s), the fee is $23 (HST included).

Payment can be sent via e-transfer to pictou2023@gmail.com and is due one week prior to the market.
Tents & Space:
-
This is an outdoor event, however all vendors will be under a 40'x80' tent with sides to protect from the elements.
Product Requirements:

All items must be made, baked, or grown by the vendor.

No re-selling of commercial products.
-
No second-hand goods unless items are repurposed or upcycled.

Food vendors must hold a valid Food Handler’s Permit.
Setup & Display:

Displays should be clean, tidy, and visually appealing.

Vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before the market opens.

Market hours are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and vendors are expected to stay for the full duration.
Cancellations:

Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.
